On Tuesday 4th September our Club visited Sir Francis Drake Bowling Club in Plymouth. We have being playing this club since 1907 for a special cup donated by a Babbacombe Player. Any guesses as to who won this year ??

Well this weekend is our Club Competitions Finals Weekend and what a great start we had today. Good weather and some great bowling resulting in some nail biting games. Well done to all who got through to the finals and congratulations to all the winners today and for those who partake and win tomorrow. To all those who unfortunately didn’t get through or win – there is always next year ! Many thanks as always to those who work hard behind the scenes to make this happen. Don’t forget the public are always welcome to come and watch anytime throughout the season and/or to have a go

Well another busy week was enjoyed at Babbacombe Bowling Club and thankfully the sun shone. Amongst all the usual league and county matches and social roll ups, we welcomed the Richmond and Barnes Bowling Club on Friday for a tourist match and yesterday had the pleasure of Bitton Park Bowling Club from Teignmouth for a friendly
